Determine best location for a marina in New-Wes-Valley

Project Description
The region is looking for an expert on selecting a suitable site for a boat launch or marina. There is a committee, headed by Mr. Don Sturge, in the New-Wes-Valley area that is interested in pursuing a boat launch for the area. Their immediate focus is a boat launch, but also keeping in mind a space that could be suitable for future development if required (i.e. marina).
