Apprenticeship System Evolution: Barriers and Opportunities

Project Description
Do the ways that we develop and train skilled workers reflect the needs and emerging conditions of our region? How do work terms and apprenticeships contribute to job search success? This project could include the development of a history of apprenticeship and co-ops in NL as well as a comparison between the situation here and in other similar jurisdictions.
