Creation of a tourism link between Southwest NL and Cape Breton Island

Project Description
Stronger links should be established between Cape Breton Island and Southwest Newfoundland, particularly those that take advantage of the strong French role in the region. The French historical experience in the region was a powerful one that is not often highlighted. Research is needed to examine the existing historical linkages, and determine the best ways of using them in the future as tourism assets.
