Summary
The focus of my research and development work is the provision of quality education for the children and youth living in rural communities in the province. The work includes documenting challenges, issues and concerns of rural parents and educators and providing guidance and advice for responding to those challenges. I have also developed the first graduate and undergraduate courses offered by the Faculty that address rural issues in education.
